Adding Drug Allergy

Vision Anywhere supports the recording of both drug and non-drug allergies.

1. Open an Encounter.
2. Enter 'a' in the dynamic data entry bar to trigger the allergy forms.

   

   
   
3. The add Drug Allergy form displays.
   

   

   
   
4. Select the arrow next to Description to search for the clinical term for the reaction.
5. Select Drug Name, and start typing to record drug name.
   As you type entries display.
6. Select the drug required.
   



7. Using the arrows record:
   • Certainty
   • Severity

   

   
   
8. Enter any comments in the Notes field.

   

9. Select Add to finish.
